Jerry Kussy is a mortgage professional with 25+ years of experience in loan origination and management. Taking the time to review each borrowers individual needs and being a mortgage advisor to his clients has been paramount to his success.

Born on Chicago’s Northwest Side, he knows its neighborhoods inside out. Inspired by his father’s real estate ventures in Logan Square, Jerry built a career helping clients across Cook County and the collar counties achieve their homeownership and investment goals.

Jerry is an active member of the local business community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce, where he contributes to supporting and strengthening local businesses.

Beyond mortgages, he’s a founding member and treasurer of a local charity that aids families in Park Ridge and nearby communities facing medical, job, or other financial hardships.

Outside work, Jerry enjoys time with his wife and college age twins, never misses the Indy 500, and races on road courses several times a year. His dedication to clients and community makes him a trusted advisor.
